REFUNDS

Our policy is for a period of 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Personalized products as well as intimate or health products, hazardous substances or materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-refundable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software

* Health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted: (where applicable)

* Books with obvious signs of use

* Open CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, computer programs, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records.

* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for any reason not attributable to an error on our part.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or refused.

If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or security deposit will be automatically credited within a few days.

Late or lost refunds (where applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact the company that issued your credit card, as your refund may take some time to be officially issued.

Then contact your bank. A processing period usually precedes notification of a refund.

Discounted or promotional items (where applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, discounted or promotional items are not.

Trade (if applicable)

We have only replaced items that were initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace your item with the same item, please email us at bhcommercecontact@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once you have received the returned item, you will be mailed a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift sent the order to be sent later, we will send you the refund knowing that you have returned your gift.

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: contact us by e-mail.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are at your expense. They are non-refundable. To receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the return.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your product may vary.

If you are sending an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or insure its shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
